The interpretation evaluation data and oil test suggestions provided by cplog were adopted by Party A. With the deepening of oil exploration and development, deep and ultra deep oil and gas resources have become the main body of the growth of proved oil and gas reserves. The logging needs of deep and ultra deep wells pose new challenges to the logging technology in high temperature and high pressure environment, requiring smaller outer diameter of logging instruments and higher temperature and pressure resistance indicators. CNPC logging has actively responded to the continuous warming of deep oil and gas exploration and the new requirements for logging instruments in the new field of drilling engineering technology. Relying on PetroChina logging technology test base, after more than four years of tackling key problems, CNPC logging has completed 483 electromechanical drawings, 49 software modules, more than 150000 lines of software codes, 94 tests and tests. The temperature and pressure resistance index of the instrument can reach 232 ℃ and 172 MPa. Supporting acquisition and processing software modules, supporting tools and auxiliary measuring instruments are developed, which can identify formation lithology, effectively divide reservoir, accurately calculate reservoir porosity, permeability, saturation and other parameters, and meet the logging requirements of complex well conditions such as ultra deep well, horizontal well and side drilling. In the process of research and development, CNPC logging created an array induction horizontal well correction method based on multi-dimensional linear interpolation fast forward modeling based on database, which broke through the bottleneck of the application of small-diameter array induction in horizontal wells, which is not possessed by foreign logging instruments. This series of instruments have experienced the test of high temperature and high pressure. In order to improve the conversion rate of scientific research achievements, CNPC logging accelerated the verification of the performance index and regional adaptability of this series of instruments, and completed logging tests in 7 wells such as lunshen 2 well and Ren 91 well in Tarim Oilfield, realizing the verification of the reliability, stability and adaptability of the system to borehole and geology; The acoustic lateral string logging of well Changshen 43 was completed in Jilin Oilfield, and the bottom hole temperature was 182 ℃, initially forming the service capacity. In order to meet the production demand of side drilling in Changqing Oilfield, based on ultra-high temperature and high pressure small diameter logging tool, CNPC logging has quickly developed 175 ℃ / 140 MPa small diameter logging series by removing the thermos. Now more than 20 sets have been popularized and applied in Changqing Oilfield, becoming a sharp tool for oil and gas identification of side drilling in Changqing Oilfield. At present, more than 40% of China's remaining oil and gas resources are distributed in deep strata below 5000 meters. Oil and gas exploration in deep and ultra deep strata has great development potential in the future. The 230 ℃ / 170 MPa High Temperature and high pressure logging series independently developed by CNPC logging can fully meet the logging needs of domestic deep and ultra deep wells, comprehensively replace imported similar equipment, greatly save the introduction cost, and have broad market space and sustainable application prospects.
