Technical Introduction:

The MSCHP horizontal well segmented sand control and segmented mining technology uses packers to segment the horizontal section, and by dragging the filling service column, achieves gravel filling and sand control in each section. To provide wellbore conditions for selective mining in the later stage, segmented steam injection and segmented oil recovery can be carried out in the later stage. Overcoming the problem of single point breakthrough in the original bottom general filling technology. Segmented transformation is carried out based on the differences in physical properties of the oil layer in the horizontal section, so as to evenly utilize the entire long horizontal section. Utilizing segmented mining of long horizontal wells to achieve the development effect of multiple short horizontal wells, significantly reducing investment in production capacity construction.

Technical advantages:

One pipe column is used to achieve segmented filling and sand control, meeting the effective filling requirements for long horizontal sections.

Each section can be filled with cycles or squeezed to improve the filling rate.

The effective utilization of long horizontal sections is equivalent to the development effect of multiple short horizontal section wells, greatly improving the production capacity of a single well.

By combining with segmented water control columns in the later stage, selective water control production can be achieved in segments.
